So, I am building a new set of ailerons. I decided I wasn't comfortable with the defect I built into them by over-countersinking the spars, resulting in oversize holes. The cost of the parts turned out to not be so great, and it's nice to be building aluminum again instead of the current mishmash of random tasks.

Here are all the stiffeners, cut out & smoothed. T

I am doing them both at the same time, this time around...Here's the weird backwards skin installation to get the counterbalance set up...
