RV Part Defect Registry
Purpose: Hopefully you'll realize you got a bad part before you go flying, but it's a whole lot easier to make this discovery before you permanently install the part on your airplane. Often builders will post about defects that are thought to be present in many kits, but there's not any good way to search for such warnings.
Caveats: Use this information at your own risk, and use your own judgement. Please be responsible: don't go asking Van's for replacement parts until you've verified that your parts are indeed defective.
